Azerbaijan sends humanitarian aid to Nepal

Azerbaijan sends humanitarian aid to Nepal

Under the order of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, the Ministry of Emergency Situations has today sent humanitarian aid to the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal hit by a powerful earthquake, the ministry told.

The humanitarian aid sent by “BE-200ÇS” aircraft of the Ministry of Emergency Situations includes one ton of various drugs and medical supplies, tents, blankets and packaged drinking water.

Azerbaijanis will be evacuated from the quake affected areas of Nepal by that aircraft.
