“Everyday we observe biased attitude toward Azerbaijan on the eve of the first European Games. Steps taken toward Azerbaijan are biased,” said Deputy Head of the Azerbaijani Presidential Administration, Head of the Administration’s Foreign Relations Department Novruz Mammadov.
