Spokesman for the Armenian National Assembly Arsen Babayan told Mediamax that the meeting was of private character.
“No official issue was discussed. Private meetings between two persons can not have an impact on political decisions”, said Arsen Babayan.
Anatoly Bibilov arrived in Khankendi as an observer at the “parliamentary elections” on May 3.

Official Yerevan confirmed the information on the meeting of Chairman of Armenian National Assembly and speaker of the parliament of the so-called South Ossetia Anatoly Bibilov, Mediamax said.
