Azerbaijan, ADB sign memorandum of understanding

Azerbaijan, ADB sign memorandum of understanding

Azerbaijan and the Asian Development Bank signed a memorandum of understanding, which stipulates the reconstruction and modernization of the energy system of the country.

The document was signed May 5 as part of the 48th meeting of the ADB Board of Governors, held in Baku.

The total value of the memorandum of understanding is $1 billion.
