Putin sends congratulatory letter to Azerbaijani President

President of Russia Vladimir Putin has sent a letter of congratulations to President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War.

In his letter, the Russian president heartily congratulates his Azerbaijani counterpart Ilham Aliyev and the people of Azerbaijan.
