France interested in moving toward new level of co-op with Azerbaijan, says minister

France interested in moving toward new level of co-op with Azerbaijan, says minister

France interested in moving toward a new level of cooperation with Azerbaijan, said French Minister of Economy and Finance Bruno Le Maire.

Le Maire made the remarks during a meeting with Azerbaijani Minister of Finance Samir Sharifov in Baku Monday, AzVision.az reports.

The French minister also expressed his country’s keenness on expanding cooperation with Azerbaijan within the framework of oil and gas projects.

Le Maire went on to say that France also wants to cooperate with Azerbaijan in the development of alternative and renewable energy sources.
