Note that from September 1, 2019, visa requirements will be cancelled for Turkish citizens with a valid passport who wants to visit Azerbaijan up to 30 days. The Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry has sent a note to the Turkish Foreign Ministry regarding the cancellation of the visa requirement.
