US Secretary of State John Kerry’s visit to Sochi last week showed the need for both Moscow and Washington to avoid steps that could hamper bilateral relations, Sergei Lavrov added.
“Talks in Sochi on May 12 with US Secretary of State John Kerry created the understanding of the necessity of avoiding steps that could cause long-term harm to the cooperation of the two countries in various areas,” Lavrov said.
