Minister Zakir Hasanov congratulated his counterpart on her appointment as the Defense Minister and wished her success in future endeavors.
Both ministers discussed the issues of bilateral cooperation between the defense ministries of Azerbaijan and Georgia. They also spoke about the format of trilateral cooperation in the defense sector of Georgia, Azerbaijan and Turkey.
Then Georgian Defense Minister invited Zakir Hasanov to security conference to be held in Batumi on June 26-28. Zakir Hasanov accepted the invitation.
Azerbaijani Minister invited his Georgian counterpart to watch the first European Games to be held in Baku.
