Washington has made cyber threats and launched cyber attacks against Tehran several times, Jalali told Tasnim without elaboration.
The United States is legally accountable for the anti-Iran moves, Jalali said, adding that Iran's judiciary and Foreign Ministry are seriously following those cases.
In June, the U.S. military announced that it launched cyberattacks against Iranian missile control systems after Tehran downed an American surveillance drone over the Gulf earlier in the month.
Iranian Civil Defense Organization has taken measures to boost Iran's cyber defense capabilities, Jalali said.
More than 120 drills have been held over the past six months, with around 70 percent of them practicing tactics to counter cyber attacks against the Iranian energy sector, including oil refineries, petrochemical plants, and gas and petroleum transport installations, Jalali added.
