World leaders have been congratulating Azerbaijan’s Head of State Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of 28 May – Republic Day.

President of the Palestinian State Mahmoud Abbas, Crown Prince of Kuwait Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, King Bhumibol Adulyadej of Thailand, Malaysian leader Almu`tasimu Billahi Muhibbuddin Tuanku Alhaj Abdul Halim Mu`adzam Shah Ibni Almarhum Sultan Badlishah, Portuguese President Aníbal Cavaco Silva, and Hungarian President János Áder are the latest to congratulate the Azerbaijani president.
