President Aliyev: All countries within Southern Gas Corridor should aspire for common goal, not ask additional privileges
Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev and his spouse Mehriban Aliyeva are taking part on June 2 in the opening of the 22nd international Caspian Oil and Gas Exhibition and Caspian Power 2015, the 5th Anniversary Caspian International Power and Alternative Energy Exhibition.

Addressing the opening of the exhibitions, President Ilham Aliyev said that there is a great need for coordination in the realization of the Southern Gas Corridor project.

The president noted that he raised the matter at a meeting of the Advisory Board of the Southern Gas Corridor.

“In order to realize this project, it is necessary that the mutual trust stands at a high level,” he said.

The president added that as part of the project, all the countries should aspire for a common goal, and no one should ask for additional privileges.
