Azerbaijani Minister of Foreign Affairs Elmar Mammadyarov has received the OSCE Project Coordinator in Baku, Alexis Chahtahtinsky who is completing his diplomatic mission in the country.
The FM hailed Mr Chahtahtinsky’s contribution to the development of Azerbaijan-OSCE relations, saying productive projects were implemented in the country during his tenure.
Mr Chahtahtinsky said he did his best to develop relations between Azerbaijan and OSCE.
