Reports first posted on Azerbaijani website “haqqin.az” and then on Ukrainian and foreign mass media outlets about the alleged involvement of Ukrainian athletes in a brawl in Baku don’t reflect the reality, Ukraine’s NOC noted.
The European Games Organizing Committee, the Ukrainian Embassy in Azerbaijan and Azerbaijan’s appropriate security agencies haven’t registered such a fact, said the statement.
