4.2-magnitude earthquake hits Iran

A 4.2-magnitude earthquake has occurred in Dehdasht village of Kohgiluye and Boyerahmad Provinces, situated in the south-west of Iran, the Iranian media reports.

Seismological Center of Institution of Geophysics of the University of Tehran has informed in this regard.

The quake has been recorded in the depth of 14 km.

No information has been provided on casualties and destruction.
