Activist Manuel Manukyan posted a video on his Facebook page, in which the Armenian police have apprehended a person for not wearing a face mask.
“People, stand up, this is already unacceptable. See how he [police officer] puts his foot on the man’s neck. This video has just been shot. I urge everyone to unite. These police officers should be held accountable,” the activist wrote.
