SMS permission system will be again applied in Azerbaijan, said Ulvi Mehdiyev, Chairman of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan ("ASAN Service") at the press conference held on June 20.
"SMS system is being applied to curb the spread of the COVID-19. I believe that our citizens will need to use this service only if it is necessary", Ulvi Mehdiyev added.
