Speaking at a briefing on Wednesday, the diplomat noted that Pakistan, as a country suffering from occupation, well-understands Azerbaijan’s stance on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
“Kashmir has been under blockade for 365 days. Eight million Kashmiris are imprisoned in their homes. All means of communication in the area are under the control of Indian forces,” he said.
The diplomat urged the international community to pay special attention to the issue of Kashmir and Jammu.
