Regarding doctors coming from foreign countries, I would like to note that specialists are coming within the framework of cooperation between our countries, Head of the Foreign Affairs Policy Department of the Presidential Administration of Azerbaijan Hikmet Hajiyev said at a meeting of the Operational Headquarter under the Cabinet of Ministers, AzVision.az reports.
