According to press service of the Embassy, member of Ukraine’s Verkhovna Rada, PACE Vice-President Vladimir Aryev’s views on Azerbaijan’s government are his personal position and do not reflect Ukraine’s relation to Azerbaijan.
“Official Kiev supports strengthening of existing strategic partnership course between two countries. Ukrainian side thanks Azerbaijani leadership for sustainable support to its sovereignty and territorial integrity. In turn, official Kiev acts in favor of legal settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict for restoration of Azerbaijan’s territorial integrity”.
