“Guided by paragraph 32 of article 109 of the Constitution of Azerbaijan and to improve the social protection of pensioners, I decree:
1. From 1 September 2013 to set the basic part of age labor pension at AZN 100
2. To instruct the State Fund of Social Protection of the Republic of Azerbaijan to raise the amounts of monthly pensions on all kinds of labor pensions, including supplementary pension to basic part of labor pension of the national heroes of Azerbaijan and martyrs` family members, people with disabilities and other persons in line with part 1 of this decree and ensure its recalculation.
3. The Cabinet of ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall settle issues emanating from the current decree.
4. To annul part 1 of the decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan No 1077 “On raising basic part of labor pensions` dated 31 August 2010.
