Vagharshak Harutyunyan, chief adviser of Pashinyan and Former Defense Minister openly admitted that Armenia purposedly targets Azerbaijani civilian population, AzVision.az reports.
"Now we are developing tactics to shoot artillery. In future, we will strike at peaceful settlements to cause panic ... ", Vagharshak Harutyunyan said in an interview with Russia 1 TV channel's Vesti program.
Realizing that Nikol Pashinyan's adviser had openly confessed to war crimes, Russian journalists abruptly cut off her speech and continued the footage covering the charity concert.
