Today, in international relations, one can find the concept of international law in statements and some documents, Novruz Mammadov, the deputy head of the Azerbaijani Presidential Administration and director of the Administration’s Foreign Relations Department, tweeted on July 2.
“NGOs are among the factors which fulfill the mission of international law in international relations. Therefore, they are called international NGOs. International NGOs, in turn, carry out only orders of their owners,” Mammadov wrote.
