The ceasefire agreement is not fully observed in Karabakh and the battles continue, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said in a meeting with his Armenian counterpart Zohrab Mnatsakanyan in Moscow.
Lavrov said that an important agreement was reached between Azerbaijan and Armenia in Moscow last week at the initiative of President Vladimir Putin: “However, the ceasefire agreement is not observed completely. I hope that contacts with both sides will help implement this agreement ".
A ceasefire was declared in Moscow last week as a result of a trilateral meeting of Russian, Azerbaijani and Armenian Foreign Ministers Sergei Lavrov, Jeyhun Bayramov and Zohrab Mnatsakanyan.
