As you know, in 1993 the UN Security Council passed four resolutions (822, 853, 874 and 884) on Armenia’s military aggression against Azerbaijan. Unfortunately, the resolutions condemning Armenia’s aggressive policy and demanding an unconditional withdrawal of Armenian troops from the occupied Azerbaijani territories remain unfulfilled.
No sanctions have yet been imposed on Armenia which still ignores the UN Security Council resolutions, the Baku Media Center told AzVision.az.
A petition has been launched to support the soonest implementation of the UN resolutions, the Center noted.
