We have close relations with Azerbaijan, said Russian President Vladimir Putin while commenting on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict at an online meeting of the Valday Club, AzVision.az reports citing TASS.
"We have always had special relations not only with Armenia but also with Azerbaijan. For us, both Armenia and Azerbaijan are equal partners. We want to build equal relations with each of these countries. We have very close relations with Azerbaijan," Putin said.
