The National Security Service of Armenia identified a conscript who illegally obtained a medical certificate.
It turned out that he bought off the "certificate" from a medical centre that he was allegedly "infected" with the coronavirus.
Employees of the medical centre were taken into custody and an investigation is underway.
As reported earlier, recently, a record increase in the number of coronavirus infections has been registered in Armenia. Specialists are not able to explain the reason for the sharp increase. Most of the infected are men aged 18-55, in other words, reserve forces for mobilization.
Research confirms that they do not want to join the battles in the defeated Armenian army, therefore they "infect" themselves with the virus.
According to some sources, getting a "positive" test result for a coronavirus in Armenia costs $ 1,000-2,000. Thus, conscripts "infected" with the virus have at least two weeks to desert the Armenian army.
