It is even unimaginable to see the magnitude and scale of destruction in Armenian-occupied lands of Azerbaijan, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan, Head of Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration Hikmet Hajiyev tweeted the video from the liberated Bartaz settlement of Zengilan.
"Even very single brick and stone was looted. Soon such destruction of Armenia will be changed after the construction and building better future for returned IDPs", Hajiyev said.
