He stressed that Azerbaijan has shown its strength to both friends and enemies.
“Azerbaijan, with its great success, has demonstrated the strength of Turks to the whole world. This is a great achievement,” Cavusoglu said.
Turkey’s top diplomat wished the veterans and the wounded the soonest possible recovery.
“May Allay have mercy upon our martyrs and civilians who lost their lives. Everyone in Turkey celebrated Azerbaijan’s victory,” he added.
