  200 bodies exchanged in Karabakh - ICRC president

Parties to the Karabakh conflict have already exchanged 200 bodies, President of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) Peter Maurer told RIA Novosti.

The priorities of the organization's activities in Nagorno-Karabakh are helping displaced persons, retrieving the bodies of those killed, as well as visiting prisoners to prepare for possible negotiations and exchange, Peter Maurer said.

"We will continue to make efforts," said the head of the ICRC. He also thanked the Russian peacekeepers and called the committee's cooperation with them very close. "According to the latest information, 200 bodies have already been exchanged. We will continue our efforts."
