Although Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan appointed his adviser Vagharshak Harutyunyan the country’s defense minister last week, chaos and anarchy reign in the Defense Ministry.
“The new minister has been appointed for more than a week, but he has not gathered his staff and talked about the existing problems and future tasks,” the media said.
“The Defense Ministry’s entire leadership has been dismissed. Currently, there is no deputy in the Defense Ministry. Two of the deputy defense ministers were dismissed before the war, and two others after the war,” it added.
