The State Agency for Geology and Mineral Resources under the government of Kyrgyzstan will hold an auction for granting the license for subsoil use on the graphite mine “Kuylyu” at the site of Arpa-Takyr II, the message of Azerbaijan Export and Investment Promotion Foundation (AZPROMO) said July 7.
