Moscow says it will support establishment of Baku-Yerevan dialogue

Moscow will welcome the establishment of a direct Baku-Yerevan dialogue and the implementation of joint humanitarian measures, Maria Zakharova, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson, said at a briefing on Friday, AzVision.az reports.

Moscow considers that such initiative contribute to peace, trust and mutual understanding, and benefit the peoples of both countries, and, in principle, the entire South Caucasus region, as well as Russia, noted Zakharova.

“If Baku and Yerevan show a sincere desire to take proper measures, Russia will support such humanitarian actions,” the spokesperson added.
