Commander of the Russian peacekeeping contingent in Nagorno-Karabakh, Lieutenant-General Rustam Muradov reports that one servicemen was transferred to Baku after another exchange of prisoners of war between Azerbaijan and Armenia under the control of Russian peacekeepers, AzVision.az reports citing the Russian media.
