The Turkish-Russian Joint Monitoring Center, established in accordance with the relevant item of the joint statement of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the President of the Russian Federation and the Prime Minister of Armenia, will start operating today, colonel said.
"Turkish servicemen to be represented at the Joint Monitoring Center have arrived in Azerbaijan. I should also note that the Russian servicemen to be represented at the Joint Monitoring Center are already in our country," Dargahli said.
