Therefore, we always speak about complex resolution - we cannot take just one aspect and claim that this is a basis for resolution. We need to view peaceful settlement as a whole", the diplomat said.
According to him, ceasefire, which was agreed, is not observed in full.
"This creates our concern. But the peaceful resolution of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict is still possible", he said.
As for the purchase of large shipments of arms by Azerbaijan, the co-chair said that both parties have the right to ensure their security and in this connection their need and striving to purchase armament from different supplies is understandable.
"All the same, we are concerned with the growing militarization, especially along the contact line and the Azerbaijani-Armenian border.
We are also concerned with the issue of military balance. The clashes between the two countries still occur. Therefore, we do not want the correlation of military might to stimulate one or another party to enjoy some advantage", Warlick said.
