Azerbaijani Armed Forces continue intensive combat readiness exercises in a phased manner for a variety of military specialties, the defense ministry told.
In accordance with the plan approved by Defense Minister, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov, tanks, infantry fighting vehicles, aviation units and artillery divisions are involved in individual and joint exercises.
Skills and habits of cannon staff are being performed for the management of tank units in a state close to real war, capabilities of making maneuvers in mountainous and foothill areas, practical training of crew and damaging by artillery to the regions where manpower and equipment of conventional enemy are gathered.
The military servicemen who will be demobilized soon share their experience on use of weapons and equipment with the personnel arriving in the military units from training centers.
