The letter reads:
`I was deeply shaken by the reports about numerous human victims as a result of a terrorist attack, committed in Suruc region of Şanlıurfa. Sharing your grief over this tragedy, on behalf of myself and the people of Azerbaijan, I express our deep condolences to you, the family and relatives of the fallen, the whole people of Turkey and I wish recovery to the wounded and those who suffered.`
