The European Central Bank (ECB) will decide whether to launch an investigation on the digital euro, but this will not mean the introduction of such a currency in the near future, said European Central Bank (ECB) President Christine Lagarde in her speech at an online conference, Prime reported.
“We study all the options and all the risks associated with it. In summer, we will decide whether we will start an investigation", she said.
