As it is known from history, to give birth to children, loyal to the mode, is such a main task that was defined by Hitler’s assistants from the management of the Hitler Youth for girls. The top-of-mind issue of high-native German women is to give birth to children. The German women have to give birth to more soldiers for Great Germany, the head of the Third Reich spoke.

These formulations were involuntarily remembered in connection with the meeting of the Minister of Defense of Armenia Seyran Oganyan with participants of the Ari Tun program (Come back home), which took place the other day.

Oganyan’s speech, as it is called, is out of line therefore it would be desirable to acquaint our readers with his statements entirely.

“In a present demographic situation the biggest activity, directed on the future of Armenia, having ensured our safety, and which we have to carry out, is lullaby revenge. The more cradles we will have, the more children will be born, the more we will be stronger, and then we will think of historical Armenian uplands”, — the Aravot newspaper quotes Oganyan.

The statement is more than remarkable and deserves special attention. Oganyan, perhaps, saw nothing special in it, because ideals and purposes of Nazism were always very close to heart of the Armenian nationalists. And this is still a question who at whom gathered more.

However, it is unlikely oganyanovsky formulations pleased obviously missing young Armenians of Diaspora, the audience in a hall. Indeed the minister actually designated a main objective of their inducement to Armenia. They are necessary for change of a demographic situation and replenishment of ranks of “valorous” army, in other words — they are necessary for production of gun meat.
Present situation in Armenia, impudence and cynicism, with which the authorities treat own people, don’t leave a place for doubts. When the spiritual leader of all Armenians cynically advises the needing Armenians to replace food with spiritual food, and the Minister of Defense plans to involve youth in “lullaby revenge”, the only thing that can occur to everyone is to run, without looking back.

The cynicism doesn’t have a limit. If earlier officials tried to disguise the criminal plans under beautiful phrases, today all masks are thrown off. The youth of Diaspora is necessary for, so to speak, trick, like the breeding cattle, imported from abroad”: to give birth to more children (of course, boys), to fill up army, thus making the country stronger. The purpose of strengthening of the country, designated by Oganyan, doesn’t give in to any criticism at all, as dialogue in chamber of a nuthouse doesn’t give in to criticism.
The Minister of Defense showed the Armenian national idea (in bad sense of this word) in all its disgrace. This idea consists in territorial insatiability and hatred to neighbors. So it was always like this and, unfortunately, apparently, the Armenian people won’t expect anything lighter. It is expected by “patriotic” reproduction and campaign on “historical Armenian uplands”, that is realization of the Armenian dream of the Turkish territories. That’s for what Armenia needs strengthening. Not for prosperity and prosperity of the people, but for continuation of territorial expansion.

Though this idea is close to everyone, who wants to be called as “the real Armenian”, however majority wants to be related to realization as the TV viewer of the program of foreign news. And practical participation in implementation of crazy plans of Yerevan is already absolutely other question. Armenians of Diaspora agree to breed, but their sons will serve not in the Armenian army at all.

Young Armenians of Diaspora in Armenia obviously miss. They are disappointed. According to the Armenian mass media, participants of “Ari Tun” admit that though they always dreamed of visit of the homeland, however what they felt is significantly differs from their own ideas. Finally all participants of the program agreed in opinion that they don’t want to move here to permanent residence though before dreamed of “the historical homeland”.
It is possible to judge moods of the Armenian youth of Diaspora on the questions, asked Oganyan at meetings. For example, he was asked about the plane and airport, belonging to him. The minister, of course, didn’t answer the question and began to argue on forces of the Air Force, their planes and “feats”.

The Minister of Defense answered very strangely a question that department does to prevent the victims at the front. Oganyan answered, according to “Aravot”, “first of all, they create conditions so that soldiers to be in entrenchments and have opportunity in safety to watch actions of the opponent”. Here is again bravura jabber, judging by reaction and questions, not making any impression on the Armenian boys and girls from Diaspora.

Times of nationalist romanticism passed long ago. Perhaps, about twenty years ago someone else also dreamed that “there will be a garden city here”, but today nobody consider such prospect in Armenia. There will not be any garden city, in general there will be nothing, and there will be no world with neighbors so far.
It appears that it would be better not to admit Seyran Oganyan to young compatriots. Because after such meeting, if someone had thoughts to arrive to Armenia at least to study, then they, most likely, would disappear. Everyone understood it is the country, from which it is better to steer clear. Not to become car for production of gun meat and not to turn into this meat.

There can’t be doubts in intentions of the Ari Tun program from now on. The Minister of Defense accurately and clearly explained everything. It doesn’t get any more straightforward than that.
