France prohibits the co-operation with unrecognized republics, including the so-called Nagorno Karabakh Republic, AzVision.az reports citing foreign media.
Regarding the issue, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of France has sent a notification to all its provinces. The government
The notification calls to respect the foreign policy, and the commitment taken by French government, as well as the province governors. The notification also includes a recommendation calling not to establish relations with unrecognized republics.
