On June 8, the issue of approving the "Protocol on cooperation in the field of vocational education between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Republic of Turkey" was discussed at the extraordinary plenary session of the Milli Majlis (Azerbaijani Parliament), AzVison.az reports.
According to the document, two new vocational schools will be established in the Republic of Azerbaijan on the basis of two vocational schools with the support of the Ministry of National Education of the Republic of Turkey.
The parties will encourage the establishment of "sister schools" between vocational education institutions, courses and internships in order to increase the level of mutual knowledge and experience.
Following the discussions, the protocol was put to a vote and approved.
