Speaking at the 9th Moscow International Security Conference, Lavrov pointed out Russia’s key role in ending hostilities in Nagorno-Karabakh at the end of last year and creating conditions for the restoration of peaceful life in the entire South Caucasus, AzVision.az reports.
The top diplomat stressed that Russia, together with other OSCE Minsk Group co-chairing countries, is making efforts to help Azerbaijan and Armenia build mutual confidence and to support the implementation of humanitarian projects.
