Russia documents over 20,000 daily COVID-19 cases for first time since Jan 24
 

Russia has documented 20,182 COVID-19 cases in the past 24 hours. This is the first time the country has recorded over 20,000 daily cases since January 24, AzVision.az reports citing TASS. 

The relative daily increase rate has reached 0.38%. In total, 5,388,695 people have been diagnosed with COVID-19 in Russia since the start of the pandemic.

In the past 24 hours, 2,308 COVID-19 cases were recorded in the Moscow Region, 299 in the Nizhny Novgorod Region, 258 in Buryatia, 223 in the Voronezh Region, 221 in Crimea.

Currently, there are 341,617 active COVID-19 cases in Russia.
