President Aliyev signs Decree on Khankendi

President Aliyev signs Decree on Khankendi

Khankendi district is included in the newly established Karabakh economic region in accordance with the decree signed by President Ilham Aliyev "on new division of the Republic of Azerbaijan into economic regions," AzVision.az reports.

East Zangezur economic region has been established in Azerbaijan.

Under the relevant Decree, Karabakh economic region covers Khankendi city, Aghjabedi, Aghdam, Barda, Fuzuli, Khojaly, Khojavend, Shusha, and Tartar districts.
