President Aliyev appoints two new vice presidents to SOCAR

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed an order on the appointment of Kanan Najafov as Vice President of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR).

Under another presidential order, Zaur Gurbanov was also appointed as vice president of SOCAR.
