Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has issued an order “On approval of terms for issuance of government-guaranteed bonds by Aqrarkredit CJSC non-banking credit organization, their volume, duration and payment”.
The Cabinet of Ministers is to solve other issues arising from the order “On terms for issuance of government-guaranteed bonds by Aqrarkredit CJSC non-banking credit organization, their volume, duration and payment”.
The Ministry of Finance is instructed to inform the President about outcomes of bond issuance carried out in stages, placement of bonds in securities markets, as well as works done for improvement of financial position and management of "Azerbaijan International Bank" OJSC, state of payment of overdue loans issued by the bank and management of problem loans.
