A delegation led by the Head of the Baku City Executive Authority Eldar Azizov has arrived in the Ukrainian capital, Kyiv, on the invitation of the Head of Kyiv City State Administration Vitali Klitschko.
Head of the Baku City Executive Authority Eldar Azizov and the members of the delegation first visited the monument to national leader of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev and put flowers at it.
As part of the visit, the Azerbaijani delegation will hold a number of meetings in Kyiv.
