Azerbaijan reports 689 new coronavirus cases

Azerbaijan reports 689 new coronavirus cases

Azerbaijan has recorded 689 more coronavirus cases over the past day, the Operational Headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers told AzVision.az on Friday.

Some 1,816 patients have recovered, and 18 others have died in Azerbaijan.

Up until now, 484,591 people have been infected with coronavirus in the country, 460,738 of them have recovered, and 6,543 people have died. Currently, 17,310 people are under treatment in special hospitals.

Over the past day, 9,558 COVID-19 tests have been carried out in Azerbaijan, bringing the total number of tests to 4,868,573.
