One year has passed since the brutal missile attack of the Armenian Armed Forces to Ganja, the second-largest city in Azerbaijan which killed and wounded civilians, including minors, the head of the press service of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry, Leyla Abdullayeva tweeted, AzVision.az reports.
Abdullayeva noted that Armenia is fully responsible for war crimes committed against the civilian population of Azerbaijan.
